My £400 budget gaming build

Hello I live in the uk and I am making a new gaming pc build but I am on a tight budget and with that in mind I am going to re-use my i3 4130 and 1tb seagate barracuda, 

feel free to make any custom changers to the build

I wouldn't get the 840 Evo personally, despite having one Samsung have destroyed the rep of this drive with the NAND slowdown which will never be truly fixed
