Apologies for being unable to directly contribute, but I must say... I really like these two Desktops. Clean, minimalistic. Something I could really get behind.

Yes that's a custom script that I made one afternoon. It's not transparent because I'm already using a black wallpaper and am not using a compositing manager.

Looks a little like a gkrellm theme...
