Im using a AOC E2460Sh, It has a hardware button where i can switch between different outputs, VGA/HDMI/DVI

I use it on my Raspberry PI and main rig right now.

Just wondering what would happen if I connect 1 monitor to 2 computers at the same time. I guess it would work just fine but what would happen if I turn on both computers at the same time?

I am planning to build new system in the near future and I would like to still use my old computer from time to time located at the same desk.

A KVM switch will allow you to switch between the computers using the same monitor, keyboard, and mouse

Nothing, you would just have to switch between the inputs available.

I don'T PreSS caPs.. I juST Hit THe keYboARd so HarD iT CriTs :P
