Buying a new PS4 Bundle

hey guys i am going to buy PS4 Bundled with The Last Of US "DLC" 
and i want to ask what does "DLC" Mean? is it the only addon on the game?
or its the full game with the addons? if i bought it can i play it without puchasing it from store? 

iam a beginner in the PS4 ,Sorry. please help

Most likely what they are saying is you get the "Last Of Us" And then you get the DLC(Downloadable content). So yes you get the full game and an Add-on. 

 

Also do you mind if you post the link to the deal. Just so we can get a better Idea
