The Dual-X is a fan and not a cpu cooler.

As stated that's a fan, not a cooler.

If you are looking for a cheap air cooling solution I say get a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO.  :)

As stated, please get the cooler master hyper 212 plus/evo. It isn't expensive and it will work wonders.

Zalman probably does the best looking air coolers out there, and the CNPS 80F does look great as well, but really don't expect low noise levels. Also, please bear in mind that this particular type of Zalman cooler, with the horizontal fan, can obstruct your RAM. If you've got memory slots to spare it won't be too much of an issue, as you can just plug the RAM into slots that are further away from the CPU, but if you're already using all memory slots there's a distinct chance a cooler like the CNPS 80F won't fit. I've come across this myself...

You could just stick with the stock cooler in that case.
