Light, portable laptop for college

Hello guys,

I'll be going to college in September (programming) and i need a new laptop. I'm looking for 13-15 inch laptop with a good screen (full hd non glare if possible). It also needs to be light and thin, as I'll be carrying it around a lot. I'll be using it for programming, office and browsing the web. Max price is 700€. I can buy from anywhere as long as they ship to Slovenia with no custom fees (EU). The perfect for my use would be dell xps 13 but it costs too much.

700 € ~= 650 £, you almost doubled his budget.

Yep I have a friend that has the Non-4k version of that. Plays anything he throws at it (inc GTA).
