H100i GTX Orientations & Fan locations

Hey guys, got most of my parts now including the H100i GTX.

Watching tinytomlogan's video review of this kit I notice he mounted the radiator in the top of the case with the fans ABOVE the radiator, sucking air through from above (which IMO looks better) and according to the benchmarks achieved nice results.

Now would mounting it in the top of the case with the fans pushing through the radiator from below rather than sucking from above, yield much at all performance difference? If it's only a couple of degrees I'd rather go for looks than pure cooling horsepower.

Additionally, would you recommend mounting the hoses in the direction of the optical bay (any cooling benefit at all as the hoses aren't obstructing the rear fan exhaust) like in the below image...

they do that to prevent dust accumulation in the case by having positive air pressure

Thats that. If you need to get in touch chances are you can find someone that knows me that can get in touch.

I didn't consider that having fans sucking above the radiator would lessen the pressure. That's good to know. Means I should be able to use static pressure to feed air to the GPU area and use the fans sucking air above the radiator to create a positive pressure.

What about the nozzle orientation in the case? Does it affect temps at all having them curved to the rear or the front of the case (i.e do they restrict airflow any).

I would never mount them above the case, looks>performance.

No not above the case, basically the fans mounted to the inside, and radiator to the fans so that the radiator is shown off whilst the fans are hiding above. Hence why I am asking what the actual difference would be temps wise.

To use common tech lingo, the H100i would be in exhaust, pull only.
