Try the H105 or H110, the "i" series seem to have a mounting issue.

Just keep in mind that most All in Ones, are not much better than mid-top range air coolers, but almost twice as expensive.

Are Air coolers still viable in a very hot Room temperature? Like 32c to 40c Hot.

The H110 and NZXT X61 are both dual 140mm rads which will provide more cooling if you plan to do some heavy overclocking.

Both work on the same concept of dissipating heat through a fin array so the main benefit of watercoolers is being able to have larger surface area or removing that heat from the case immediately compared to aircoolers.

I have H110i GT, no issues with mounting it on 1150 socket.

Depends, but a watercooler especially a AiO won't do much better.

Water cooling is to use the liquid to transfer heat faster than air.  However, you still need air flowing through your radiator in order to dissipate heat.
