Asus motherboard not booting up with Qcode 63

Hey guys, I'm new here. I have been using an Asus P8Z77-V Deluxe motherboard for the past year with no problems at all. I had recently upgraded my graphics card to an Asus Strix GTX 980 and it worked fine until I shutdown and rebooted. Since then, my mobo has been showing Qcode 63 and nothing on the display. I tried my older graphics card and the onboard graphics too and it's still showing the same Qcode. I've looked around on other forums and people with the same issue managed to fix it by reseating the ram or CPU. I however have had no luck whatsoever. I've even tried different ram too, so it's not my ram sticks. I dont know how to check if its either my Mobo or the CPU. somebody help! :(

Might be a blind shot, but taking out a RAM stick or two before turning it on has fixed the most random issues with hardware not booting correctly for me in the past. I'd give it a shot.

I did try that since that was the only thing that worked for everyone else. I tried with every single stick of RAM i have and also borrowed RAM from a friend. Nothing changed. :(
