APU for gaming and the socket good for expansion?

Hi guys, my friend bought a laptop and she isn't satisfied with it, She want to exchange it for a PC. My question is is this PC good for gaming? Will it run GTA5 and CS:GO? Another question is, is this socket good for expansion? She wants to upgrade later on but are there good CPU with that socket for gaming? My last question has been answer before but is that APU good for gaming? Especially that it's cores are so slow. :3

EDIT: PSU IS 280w, not worth getting it^

Her budget is somewhere around 400£. She doesn't have much knowledge about PC so she want's to get it prebuilt. :)

860K+GTX 960 4gb should be solid unless you got very good budget then go for i5. =)
