Laptop few months old and already blue screening?

Hey guys I bought a laptop a few months ago and it's already been through multiple bluescreen (luckily they wernt to serious just laptop turned of and restarted).
Am I doing something wrong? how do i stop these blue screens. 
1. Blue screen 0x000a1
2. Blue screen 'system thread exception not handled'
 

Laptop is a toshiba (c series If I remember right)
A8

r5 gpu
1tb hd
8gb rams.

So have you made sure all your drivers are up to date?

So have you made sure all your drivers are up to date?

pretty sure, but ill check again. btw would you know why my prntscrn button isnt working, when i press it just take me to the button of the window im on.
