Need help remembering / finding a WWII documentary

Snadzies

I've been trying to remember / find a specific WWII documentary.

I remember seeing it in the 90s either on The Discovery Channel or The History Channel and it was about a low level bombing raid on Ploesti, a major fuel refining plant for the axes power.

The narrator was an American and I remember a scene where he was re-telling a part where a damaged bomber barely cleared a mountain and one of the crew members remarked to the pilot that he swore he felt the belly of the plane scraped the mountain.

The closest I've found is Battlefront WWII - Bombing of Ploesti from The Military Channel in the mid 2000s but this is not it.

I was watching Ken Burns: The War just now and in it they mentioned a very similar raid on Schweinfurt's ball bearing factory.

Looking into it I see The History Channel has an episode on it in the Greatest Raid series.

That series had sounded familiar before when I was first looking and I think I very well may have mistaken the Ploesti raid with the Schweinfurt raid.

Unfortunately I'm coming up empty with clips to confirm my suspicion or places to buy the DVD (Amazon show it as unavailable and I'm not seeing it on ebay).

If you are into this kind of thing, I wholeheartedly reccomend the Battlefield series: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wbKYbLUkIpk&list=PL6KHloQnrWy0TlpJe5hi8M_Fzv1WdcHG9
