- %100 guarantee 60fps minimum for all games causes/situations running on 1080p 32" screen.

- Running Bluray movies

- Having small form factor to move around the house

Because in you be I saw titan X running GTA at 1080p in some parts the FPS drops to 43

my GTX 770 could probably max out or near max out GTA with perfectly fine framerates, youre not going to need a titan x to play gta v.... youre literally throwing money at absolutely nothing.

You changed CPU, SSD storage and video card

The storage I will need 1TB SSD

For video card the gtx 980 drops below 60fps in some games in ultra mode at 1080p

For CPU the cost is not that big to i7
