Do I need Thermal Paste for my Water Cooler?

Do I need Thermal Paste for my H60 water cooler and will it fit in my NZXT Phantom 240.

I'm pretty sure the cooler itself comes with thermal paste, but aftermarket is better anyways

No, your AIO comes with thermal paste applied, and yes it will fit.

I wish my Lepa had come with it applied.

I'd have noticed the sticker had to come off to uncover the paste instead of installing the cold plate with the sticker still on it.lol...

 

True story. Today :P

 

But yeah,the H60 has it already applied...and covered with plastic.

A 500W PSU would run it just fine. Before you buy a new build, check in  "New Builds and Planning" first.

get a 600 watt for more head room for overclocking. I use 600 watt 80+ bronze with my 4690k and 970

I wouldn't even bother changing the TIM that;s already pre-applied on the cooler's coldplate. The H60 comes with Dow Corning TC-5026 thermal paste, one of the best you can find in the industry.
