Advice for a friend's build

A friend of a friend asked me for some advice. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/DDQKLkHere's his current link. I don't think he wants to spend more than 900$. Everything looks ok to me besides maybe the PSU and motherboard/CPU? It might go over budget but I prefer intel. I wanted to make sure his GPU won't be bottlenecked. I'm gonna check on the PSU to see if it's decent as well.
