This is my situation, what cooler would you recomend?

dark rock pro 3 for high budget

dark rock pro 3 for high budget

212 is no longer the best in its class, get a Cyorig H7 and for no OCing. Also there is no real point in a high budget cooler unless noise is a major issue if you are not OCing.

 

It's a 4790K and i am nor overclocking

If you are not overclocking I HIGHLY recommend just buying the 4790 non K to save some money.
