I only want one partition on my hdd (windows 7)

So, on the C: partion I have the (start-up, page files, error image, and the primary partion)

on the D: (primary partion)

Then I have 100 mb that are system reserved 

and 13 GB of partion recovery

 

My questions are:

 

Can I delete the system reserved partion and the partion recovery and if so, how?

how do I merge C: with D:

You cannot delete the system reserved partition as this will delete the boot manager. However if you go into the computer management on Windows, you can delete partitions and extend other partitions without having to do a clean install of Windows.
