Zotac Gtx 970, is it worth it?

I am thinking on buying dual Zotak gtx 970s for a 1440p gaming rig and since they are 50€ than an msi one (msi 375 vs 320 zotak) i am wondering if its worth buying those over the "premium" ones

what version zotac do you mean, there are difrent ones

you usually get what you pay for, just make sure you check all the small details under the specs, and look at the VRM, cooling systems compared to the others. 

got to love Asus components
