Mouse shaking (win 8.1)

So i got this weird problem that started today. My cursor is shaking and it wont stop, it still shakes when i unplug my mouse.

Jeez man I almost thought that was my cursor!

Check the mouse settings in control panel (sensitivity on 6 and enhancement off)

I got so annoyed i reinstalled windows 8.1 and swapped my processor to an older i5. Problem solved.
