Phones revising more bandwidth

so my internet seems to be giving all other devises more bandwidth than my computer e.g my phone gets about 30 down and 10 up and my pc only gets 10 down 10 up  i also spelt the title  wrong 

My speakers dont even fit on or under my desk...PA's FTW

depends on the hardware on each device. phones commonly have very good wifi modukes
