What are some good early 2000s games?

Hey guys, I have just finished building an early 2000s pc, with 1gb ram, a pentium 4 (Hyperthreaded) and an ATI R9600 Pro. I have successfully installed Windows XP and am now looking for some good old games. Any suggestions? I have Doom 2 and GTA 3.

only because I played these when I was like 6+ (they came out when and after i was born)

That 9600pro will enable you to play games easily into 2006 - 208 era

MechWarrior 4 Mercenaries

Mech Commander 1 + 2

Starcraft 1+ possibly 2 depending on how you have your cpu configured

Medal of Honor Allied Assault with both expansions

Battlefield 1942 and 2

Earth 2100 Series

Call of Duty 1 and 2

Star Wars Empire at War and forces of corruption expansion

Star Wars Battlefront

Hostile Waters

yeah, I'm still using RivaTNT2 on early 2000

swap to Geforce 256 on 2001.

Giants: Citizen Kabuto

That is the most underrated early 2000 game that I can think of. It is early 2000 Crysis... That game tanked every PC really hard by its graphics when it relased. Open world with amazing humor and story and gameplay.

That game had barely any marketing and they sold only around 20 000 copies back then so they went really under at that time though they did not deserved it at all which is a shame for such an awesome game.
