Cheapest 4k projector that is worth getting?

and is getting a shield android tv to drive it a good idea

In my opinion, no. but it might be different for you. 

by cheapest it doesnt need to be cheap it can be many thousand dollars

Sony VPL-VW350ES and VPL-VW300ES twins produce a nice picture if the brightness is enough for you. :)
