I am looking for a playworthy PvE focused game to play in coop with some friends. Any ideas?

About me:

  • I mainly play battlefield 3 (and hate 4 - BC2 was the best)and I hate CoD because I am bad at it
  • I played some MMORPGs earlier but I took a step back and i don't to play monoton games anymore. Yes Imo there are a lot of boring MMOs out there
  • I like Planetside
  • I have played some League of Legends but it seems to be not exactly my cup of tee
  • I am a little bit into racing games (I own NfS Shift 2 but I liked Most Wanted (2005) a lot more and the The Crew)

I hope this can help in any way. I might add some more things to the list.

ArmA 3 check --- FUN? yes but to laggy (never stable 60fps - any settings ) for my concernes and just to hardcore

GTA V check

if you want straight up FPS objective based, then maybe try CSGO?

 

easy to get into and easy to play with friends :)

ArmA 3 (maybe arma 3 epoch, not laggy at all 55-80 fps, also in towns min 53 ,OR battleroyale)

If you play to play something with friends that is enjoyable, and can kill a bit of time I would suggest Payday 2 and Killing Floor. The most fun you can have are when you play these games with friends. They both have quite an active community, and a huge wealth of information for new players. 

 

Might be worth a look.

PVE and COOP? Left 4 Dead, Killing Floor, Payday 1 and 2 and Bordlerlands 1, 2, and pre-sequel.
