Creating image from HDD

I'm trying to create an image from hard drive, but it fails every time because hard drive read error. I'm using a laptop, which have uncorrectable sectors. I have also got blue screens when opening file, got message Kernel data inpage error

Specs: Intel i7 3032QM, Gt 620M,6GB ram, 500GB HDD, Win8.1 64bit

Have any guides to backup data?

Do not run any testing / diagnostic hard drive tools. Any of this software will cause further damage. If you need to make a copy of the drive I would suggest that you download hirens boot cd and also hdd raw copy tool and copy the drives contents to a different drive. This software copies the contents of each sector on the drive. It will not fix bad sectors. It appears that there are no more "spare sectors" to re-allocate the data to and the drive is getting ready for a hard fail. The more that you use it the sooner it will be useless.

Did I help you to fix your problem or at least did offer somewhat valuable advice? Consider giving my post a "informative" or "thumbs up".
