NZXT Kraken X61 with 3 pin fans

Hey guys,

 

So right now I've still got the standard 4 pin NZXT fans connected to my Kraken X61.

I want to swap these fans for 4 Phantek F140-SP's (already have them) and run them in push/pull.

However, it seems the Kraken requires 4 pin fans.

Is there any way I can make the 3 pin fans work with the Kraken X61?

They will work, but they will run at full speed all the time since the speed of them can't be controlled.

All 3 pin fans will work on 4 pin sockets

3-Pin fans can still be voltage controlled, though it's not as fine-tuned as PWM.
