Computer Glasses

if money is tight, and its only your own computer you look at, try f.lux

it does the same thing as the glasses, but applies it on the GPU level, rather than at your eyes.

https://justgetflux.com/

you can adjust the intensity of the effect, and have it go up and down trough the day, to adjust for ambient lighting.

i use this on all my machines, and -especially on my nighttime browsing laptop- its a great help.

So I noticed that my eyes are a little bit sore after about 1 to 2 hours of computer use, not too severe that I could not continue but definetly noticable. A quick look around the internet and it seems that "computer safety glasses" could help but I don't want spend too much (no more than $AUD 40). I found these:

http://www.thenile.com.au/home-garden-pets/Uvex-S1933X-Skyper-Safety-Eyewear-Black-Frame/0603390092244/?device=c&gclid=CNSIkrGS1cUCFUMIvAodTxIAUg

They certainly look nice but not sure if it works since there was a very mixed review on this product on other sites, could anyone that own them give their opinion on the glasses or offer some alternatives?

Lower the blue light a bit, For some people it helps. I have not had that problem myself though, I can do 16 hour sessions without feeling tired.

I am a little skeptical about this but I'll try it for a few days to see if it works, thanks!

Hm, definetly noticable difference and is a lot better than certain programs I tried a few months ago, looks like you just saved me some money. Thanks!
