as far as you can go on stock volts and safe temps. Really though it it impossible to say what will and wont be the limits of your card.

Over clock, stress/monitor temps, increase overclock

if crash increase volts, stress/monitor repeat.

If you're new to OC i would suggest not changing any volts, increase the core speed slowly till it crashes then test for stability. then set it pack to stock and do the same for memory.

then try them both together.

Every chip is different, it just depends on thermals or if it crashes during a benchmark

nothing you can do in afterburner/ overclocking software will really harm the card (if it gets too warm it will downclock/ you can increase the volts over nvidia safe levels), But if you are really worried about it, then basically the highest it can go without any voltage increases should be fine (the small +12mv you can go likely will not help much anyways)

Unless you bios mod, nothing really causes any long term damage, as nvidia puts limits on how far you can go, and the only way to circumvent these is though a custom bios
