Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

Dont get the t5. you will not be satisfied. If you can, try saving up a bit more and get the new t6s as that is a MUCH better camera and it has the new sensor and not the outdated 18mp one that the previous rebels have. Edit: Also, the accesory's you get are junk. i got my t5i in a deal like that and the lens accesories are pretty much un usable. They are of very low quality, especially the tripod.

Case: Phanteks Evolve X with ITX mount  cpu: Ryzen 3900X 4.35ghz all cores Motherboard: MSI X570 Unify gpu: EVGA 1070 SC  psu: Phanteks revolt x 1200W Memory: 64GB Kingston Hyper X oc'd to 3600mhz ssd: Sabrent Rocket 4.0 1TB ITX System CPU: 4670k  Motherboard: some cheap asus h87 Ram: 16gb corsair vengeance 1600mhz

the 18MP sensor is still good for begineers

you wont need all the dem pixels unless you are blowing up all your photos to A3 sizes

3.7fps and 9 AF points is good for most applications

take it from a 550D user here
