I just want it below cheap, like under 100 bucks cheap. I'm desperate to replace this piece of fucking shit they call a steering wheel.

I want to replace my piece of shit controller. ETS and GTR EVO do NOT like it. I'm on the same page. If it has the same build quality as the G27 and comes in at like $120, a Xeon can kiss my ass. Again.

it is, there is even a PSHome button, the L1/2 and R1/2 buttons plus the share button. Don't know why people are thinking this is for sim racing, looks like a toy.

That's pretty nasty. The inclusion of the PS4 'style' isn't what the universal G25 and G27 had.

Do not fancy. I don't think this is the G29. Maybe a PS4 branded wheel but not the full on G29.

It is the reborn DFGT i think.

I just adjusted the settings where it doesn't go crazy since i can't have it preset for non 900 degree steering wheels and on stock settings, the whole steering wheel goes fucking haywire in ETS. In GTR EVO, surprisingly, it already knows my steering wheel isn't 900 degrees, so it just moves along with the wheel.

That is common for racing wheels. The thrustmaster T500RS has playstation controls on the stock wheel.

I don't know why OP or anybody would think this is the G29.

Last time i checked the G27 one foot away from me is pretty clean. No brand labels apart for Logitechs. I wouldn't buy this so called G29 if it looked like this. It would look out of place.

but the G27 doesn't have playstation buttons and this wheel shown doesn't look as high a quality as either the T500RS or the G27

and to give an idea of what I mean by quality, below is what the wheel in the op looks like

and here is what the G27 looks like

I think it's still up there with the two. But who knows, this is just a DFGT successor, and the G29 is going to look a metric fuckton better?

Because you just don't get that same feeling when using a FFB steering wheel. It suddenly feels alive with a steering wheel.

because a keyboard is either sending a 100% signal or a 0% signal. for simulators you need analogue inputs.

I've been in arcade machines with force feed back. Never been that impressed with it. Granted, those where the kind you find in the lobby of movie theaters that are generally half broken.

I'm just saying, I can do as good or better as others in GTA 5 that I see using controllers. Although I usually get knocked off course by the general scum that ram and collide with you.

You know, the kind of scum that can't win by skill so they have to bump you out in order to win.

That's a good point, I've never play a simulator like project cars with a keyboard. And I highly doubt that GTA 5 counts lol

Yup. ETS 2 is jumpy AF with this controller (you have a small window of precision, and then it treats it like you have the mofo cranked). GTR EVO just goes ballistic and it's like instant full-range crank.

There's no FFB, and plus, the pedals have no feel. They feel super mushy, like instant noodles soaked in water for a month. And plus, it's hard to tell the difference between gas and brake, brake pedal has no feel.

I just want this tbh. http://www.thrustmaster.com/en_US/products/t300rs. Granted, i'll have to buy the TH8RS plus the T500 pedal set, it's gonna hover around 600 bucks, but it feels like sex turning that wheel.

Yeah, i think the G27 should work well for me, but he problem is lack of customization. With the T300RS, you can change steering wheels, pedals, even the shifter. The G27, it's totally aftermarket, so you don't know if it will work 100 percent. And plus, the G27 just seems...cheap. The T300 looks like it's been made with quality materials.
