Static on screen!

So I am having this sudden static on my screen. It stays for less than a second and static doesn't cover up the whole screen. I thought it might be my new graphics card Strix GTX 960 problem. But today I noticed when my home's bell rings and I'm playing games the static shows up and only then?! Not when I'm browsing or using normal computer. I'm gaming,bell rings slight static?! So what is the problem here? What should I do? Don't tell me to "Not ring the bell". cause my parents won't agree...

Switch circuits to see if anything changes. The bell could be causing interference.

ok static happens other times too. and i use an UPS.

Try it without the UPS.
