PC Gaming For YouTube

Ok guys so here's the deal: I'm going to start a YouTube Channel in the next month and I need a gaming PC. I'm not going to play games like Battlefield 4, Project Cars, GTA V, Bioshock etc on the PC. Only indie games like Five Night's At Freddy's, Slender and games like that. Bare in mind that I will be recording Xbox One games with the Elgato Game Capture so I would like to record the games at 1080p without any lag. I'll also be doing minimal-medium editing on each video. Maybe will do some serious editing in the future but not for now. Will also be rendering/uploading so I would prefer those two to be done fairly quicky. Budget is 750€ ($800, £600). If anyone can help me out then please do so. I've been stuck at what to do for months. Thank you in advance! (I got pissed on because I posted this in the PC Gaming section, so I'm posting it here)

Since you're screen capturing, you can get away with a 750 Ti and an Athlon 860k.

EDIT: Not screen capturing, using a screen capture card, since they aren't very CPU intensive like some softwares are.

IF you have the money and can buy it right away.

Just buy a prebuilt one.

If you don't have the money

I posted this on the PC Gaming section and got told to post it here. I post it here and I get told to stop reposting. I got suggested this website by someone who said this site was useful. I think he was wrong. All it is is basement bound nerds who don't care about your needs unless you play games on the PC. All I asked was for a bit of help. Only 2/3 people have which I'm grateful for. The rest are just being idiots.

OS is the operating system, so windows etc  (which you will need) and peripherals are speakers, keyboards, mice, headsets, webcam etc etc

875 euros.. what country are you based in? (don't forget to follow your topics and quote me if you reply)

I live in France but I'm not a frog, I'm British, lol. I already have Windows 7 that was given to me. Mouse, Keyboard and Speakers will be needed but would like to get all 3 for less than 60€ if possible, so I have more to spend on the PC.

Looks ok but the build I did was better, bear in mind some H81 boards need a bios update to work with the newer processors the 280x is better than the 960

otherwise its pretty good :)

In fact if you dont care about an SSD and use a hard drive you could get a 970 in the build I did! (assuming french prices are similar or you order from amazon germany)

I really really like the parts that you listed so I had a little fiddle around with PPP and made this (No monitor as I think I can get a good 24" one in a shop near me for roughly 130€, also no mouse as I have one)

Looks good! might be worth looking at the 280x or 290, sometimes they are on cheap deals and beat the 960, otherwise i like it all!

What? no the 960 is mid range, the 290x is AMDs fastest card

Will the i5 need a CPU cooler? Also will this fit in a Medium Tower case?

Yes should fit fine :) since the i5 is a locked i5 and not an overclockable one it should be perfectly fine with the free included stock cooler - you can always upgrade this in the future if you need better cooling / quieter cooler - but it should be A OK

So you're going to use your PC now for recording Xbox content and later will use that PC for gaming?
Why not go for a really nice PC now (with an i7 and 16GB RAM and stuff..) and no GPU at the moment?
And when you want to PC game, you buy a GPU at that point?
