PC freezes in lock screen after boot/restart

Hi LTT comunity! I have a really anoying problem here. Very often when I start up my PC or restart my PC it goes through BIOS, loading screen and when finally the lock screen shows up it freezes. And when I restart it from freeze it goes just fine. 

 

I recently upgraded to SSD and I have clean installation of windows 8.1 PRO 64bit. I also checked for any faults of the SSD and there seem to not be any

 

Does anyone know how to fix this or what's causing it?

8320 4.3GHz

290 Windforce 3x 4GB

m5a99fx pro r2.0

2x 4GB HyperX Blu 1600MHz

(C drive)SSD HyperX Savage 240GB

HDD - Seagate Baracuda 1TB 7200RPM

Windows 8.1 PRO 64bit
