Is this a good Gaming PC ?

If you aren't going to overclock, replace the Z97 motherboard with a H97 one. Also, get lower profile RAM. High profile RAM will limit your options when looking for an air cooler.

I plan on building my first PC. I have a decent understanding of computers but wanted others opinions. I plan using this for gaming, streaming, and some editing. Is this a good build?

Little point going z97 if you're not oc'ing.

Could be much cheaper: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/hWQmjX

If you won't overclock, the stock cooler is fine for the i5.

Oh ok, I didn't know

The link posted in the OP is a US pcpartpicker link.

There are lots of people here that use PCPartPicker (US or not) and dont live in those countries ;)

Its very useful either way.

Those kind of posts are called misleading.

Yeah I know, that's why, if not mentioned, I ask if they live in the US/UK/... ;)

If so, I also ask for a link for the local store the OP will buy the parts from.

This should help:

Pcpartpicker should already fall under that category.
