Hello Guys

This is the speed i got from my new Samsung 850 evo 250 gb:

Samsung 850 Evo 250GB-
69GB free
Firmware: EMT01B6Q Max speed: SATA 3.0 600 MB/s
SYSTEM NCQ 4KALIGNED SSD TRIM S.M.A.R.T
 Component status: 27%
Read 470
Write 401

I installed this ssd a week ago!
And it's saying that the component status is 27% + Boot time is not very fast
Maybe i did something wrong with the bios

I set the sata mode to: ACHI
And it's on ide combined mode

Motherboard:

Asrock 970 extreme 3 r2.0

And i have to 500GB hard drives!

I have the exact same problem.

I just made a clean Windows10 install on my brand new Samsung SSD 850 EVO 250Gb

Samsung Magician settings:

OS Optimization: Reliability

OP: Recommended 10%

I'm using AHCI and I've made sure my SATA 3 controller is operating @ 6gb/s

Here's my low scoring benchmark: http://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/317733

And finally I've attached my Magician Performance test results (which can also be viewed here: http://i57.tinypic.com/35a6fzk.png )

What's going on here? Did Samsung scam us? Might their test results have been with Rapid Mode enabled?

Edit:

After trying first [link]

And then finally here I found the latest ahci driver for my chipset http://www.win-raid.com/t2f23-Intel-RST-RSTe-Drivers-newest-v-WHQL-v-WHQL.html

Then my results suddenly turned out like it should ( http://i60.tinypic.com/4hfmm8.png )

The default ahci driver that got installed with windows 10 was from back in 2006, the latest chipset driver I installed didn't change that, even the ahci driver from 2013 didn't solve this (although I saw different performance with that also), but the 2015 ahci driver made all the difference. I've isolated it down to this, so it can't be anything else.
