Multitasking

I have an iPad mini, and i'm looking for a multitasking app. I dont have a prefernce on how it works, but what i want it to be able to open two apps at once. I am willing to pay.

So, either that (unless osmeone else has an idea), or - sell the ipad and get a true productivity/multitasking device. Any Windows tablet is one, and then some android tablets (but they also may need to be rooted).
