Heyyo,

HDMI 2.0 only requires high bandwith HDMI cables. There isn't specific "HDMI 2.0" cables so it should be the same for wall plates as well amigo.

http://www.monoprice.com/Help/Index?pn=help&idx=12

So if the stuff you buy says "10.2 Gbps" you're good to go. ;)

Such as these:

Monoprice makes some of the best darn cables out there for price to performance.

Why do you need optical? HDMI can transfer better quality audio.

Is it not the exact same audio quality since its digital and probably the same number of channels?

No, optical doesn't support lossless.

Wikipedia: "Unlike HDMI, TOSLINK does not have the capacity to carry the lossless versions of Dolby TrueHDDTS-HD Master Audio and LPCM." "S/PDIF can carry two channels of uncompressed PCM audio or compressed 5.1/7.1 surround sound (such as DTS audio codec); it cannot support lossless formats (such as Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio) which require greater bandwidth like that available with HDMI or DisplayPort."

Edit: You can also buy a HDMI S/PDIF audio extractor so you don't need to run the optical but still have an optical output.
