Okay

24 fps for that "cinematic" feel

After a couple weeks of behavioral sciences at my school I can easily conclude my parents need to grow up.

I would have personaly gotten  a cheaper PSU, case, MoBo, and PSU.

But nice build!

Just remember: Random people on the internet ALWAYS know more than professionals, when someone's lying, AND can predict the future.

i could have went cheaper on the case, but i also wanted it to look good and i liked the case that i got. and i was going to go with a corsair psu, however, after a few forums i decided the evga was the better choice. also as far as the gpu goes, i went with the 750ti bc it was more within budget and still had pretty good ratings. and it performs great, its my first build so really nothing to compare it to desktop wise besides an old ask compact i used to have. lol ive tried out a few newer nfs games as well as archeage and a couple others and it runs the games just fine, and on high settings i beleive. i do still need to get a cpu cooler, one more ram stick, and possibly a case fan, but all in all im pretty satisfied with it

@Justin90 Seriously really good choice on the motherboard. You give yourself a bit of an upgrade path as it supports the new APU's that were just released with a simple BIOS update. Nicely done!

EVGA is a really solid choice, they're a good group of guys. Excellent when it comes to warranty assistance.

I was just curious as, while a good performer, the 750Ti gets about half the performance of the 270x and they're around the same price.

On the forum they're generally recommended more often :)

All that matters is that it does what you need and you're happy though! Great build :)

@dizmo the 270x was just slightly out of my budget range, and i kinda felt safer going with nvidia. lol and @ApolloX75 yea, i originally had a msi mobo, but after i ordered my cpu and read somethin about needing a bios update, and since i didnt have another cpu handy, i was like shit, gotta find somethin else. it was a little more pricey, but i really like the option to be able to update the bios via flash drive whether i have cpu mounted or not

btw, once i get some extra cash, i plan on upgrading the cpu cooler. what would you recommend to get? i want something thats going to be really quite, yea cool really good all the same. also, my case has one front fan, one rear fan. then two open spots on top, and on the side panel, i want to get 1-2 case fans to help cool even more, my question is, how many, where to mount, and if only one, the mount to push air in, or pull out, if two, same thing
