Best GPU for $50

I think this could get interesting. My father is looking to upgrading his ancient GPU in his computer since he can't even really watch youtube videos on it without it hitching. I told him it would be best to just spend an extra $50 and get something more useful, but he is stubborn. This will have to be USD, used is fine. unfortunately there is not any GPUs in my area on Craigslist that will match the criteria.

if your going that cheap and if you game then like trolling said go for used ones. older gpu's are cheaper, so go for AMD hd's, and gtx 400, 500, and 600 series. you can go on ebay but craigslist has better prices.

on ebay there are GTX 580's selling for around $80 if you can afford that :P

The only gaming he does is playing arcade emulators. :P I have found this which looks to be pretty decent.
