How Has Gaben Blessed Your Life?

Chri5

Gaben blessed my life by having steam on a mac. I would have never switched to windows and a better gaming desktop if I didn't find great games to play on steam.

He blessed me by not selling out to EA.

24 fps for that "cinematic" feel

After a couple weeks of behavioral sciences at my school I can easily conclude my parents need to grow up.

I thought gaming is a about playing cod, ironsighting 100%, while using a gamepad....

Then i let Gaben into my heart... my eyes have were opened and i now know the path to happiness;

You could also say Gaben cured my handicap of having every single bone in my body broken... because i now use a mouse for gaming

The question should also include, how have we (the gamers) blessed Gaben's life?

actually, its more a symbiotic relationship. Gaben provides the master race with games for peasant prices, while we buy 5 dollar games we will never play to line Gaben's pockets with loot money.

GabeN is truly a mysterious being, on the one hand he graces us with steam sale, on the other hand he punishes us by not giving us the precious.... the half life 3

It is rumored that production of HL3 is caught in a nasty Valve-Time Bubble. In this particular bubble, time moves so slowly that an employee who was hired 6 years ago -to work on HL3- just came out for his first coffee break ever.

That wouldn't surprise me AT ALL.

Gaben is none other than a false god, a false deity, a false belief. How many times has he betrayed his believers? Horse Genital Mods for $99.99? No customer support?

Please. Wake up.

If you go by the example of "accepted gods", then any true god both harms and helps his believers, for a mysterious purpose.

So technically, GabeN does follow the paradigm of a god.

Steam Greenlight is the good. Steam Mod Sales are the bad?

"Its not my fault the computer crashed. The game is just WAY TOO AWESOME ON ULTRA!"

Steam Sale is the good, the lack of Half Life 3, despite the demand, is the bad.

Takes out pitchfork. THIS IS BLASPHEMY!

Also the $100 mods were not from steam - they were protest items and Gaben listened to the community and removed paid mods.

Customer support from Gaben directly is great lol
