350 Dollar Second Hand gaming build?

CPU: I5 2500 (non-k) 4.2 Ghz with some tweaking

RAM: Crucial 8GB

GPU: R9 280

Mobo: Some p67, will see.

Case: CM N200 (will buy new)

Cooler: Hyper 212 Evo (will buy new)

PSU: CX600 or something from XFX (will buy new)

HDD: 1TB

Windows 7 COA

Including shipping I can get this for 350 to 400 Dollars...

No, the i5 won't bottleneck, especially overclocked, and yes, non k version can be overclocked.

So, what do you think?

For those saying that i5 2500 can't be overclocked because it's locked, they're partially wrong.

i5 IS a locked processor, but you can raise the multiplier 4 notches above the Turbo Boost setting. Turbo boost on this setting is 3.7 or 3.8 if I'm correct, so that would bring it to 4.1 and 4.2 on some motherboards... Raising bclk to 103 can bring this processor to a whole new level, As it goes for the GPU brand which I haven't mentioned, it will probably be sapphire or XFX.

P67 doesn't support some new Ivy Bridge processor

This isn't an Ivy bridge processor??? I think it's sandy last time i checked... If you said that because of upgradeability, this will last me atleast 3-6 years, depending on when DX 12 comes out to minimize even the smallest bottlenecks. :D
