Pc freezes and sound loops

Hello, I need some help. My pc have been acting quite strange, when playing any game, for example counter-strike it will at a random time decide to freeze and sound loop. It continues to freeze and sound loop for about 5 seconds. I have seen no pattern of these freezings and I would greatly appreciate any help.

Specs:

i7 4770k

gtx 770 sli

Corsair AX 860 PSU

Kingston Hyperx 3k SSD 1200gb 2.5''

Seagate Barracude 1TB

Windows 8.1

Have you checked event viewer? if it's a software issue, you'll find something there.
