Both are rather good, about the only negative on the 540 is that it lacks dust filters for the PSU. But other than that it really comes down to what you like better aesthetically I say.

It seriously depends on your build. The cube will be a lot harder to build in.

I would go with the 780t is it is big, sexy, and REALLY expensive.

 My Buyer’s Guide!

The beauty of the cube case is the cable management is a breeze and amazing easy to get clean runs, but as others have said it's very subjective. I personally like the look of the 780t since it looks a bit more aggressive but if you want a very simple and sleek design the cube case does look good.

Are you planning any watercooling or other cooling solutions?

If you want to have a fully custom loop the 780T will give you a bit more flexibility in terms of radiator options and spacing. If you are planning to do full GPU brackets and closed loop AIO solution that's also another route that can be done and can significantly save some money over a fully custom watercooling loop.
