swap the HDD for a SSD. you can nearly get a 120GB SSD for that price, then if you need get a storage drive now or later.

it will make the user experience so much better.

I'd have to agree with @TriceraFLOPS

 

320GB of HDD space is bugger all, and it would be better to either get a bigger drive (1TB+) or a 120GB SSD now and a bigger HDD later.

 

Aside from that:

good motherboard, good ram, good chip for a low budget

 

the PSU is actually a bit overkill (you could dial down the wattage as 650W is actually good enough for 2 970s in some cases, and a good bronze certified will do).

 

The graphics card would be better if it was the "Ti" version or take an AMD card instead (they tend to have better price to performance around this pricing)

ssd for future , y buy this psu for 10years of warraty

No fans at all in that case ... and its ugly and dirty ...

My advice get a complete new case like an ATX mid tower at 30-40 dollar, they mostly have 2 fans in it

You would need to buy 2 fans anyway and wil cost you around 20 dollar for decent ones
