Meh, single 120/140mm aio can be easily outdone by something like nhd15

Unless you you're buying for the ascetics i'd suggest going for a air cooler like the Hyper 212, untill you're willing to buy somthing like the h100i or other 240mm AIO then the air is better for cheaper generally.

Also little side ntoe, your CPU has 4 physical cores, with each core having 2 threads (since it's hyper threaded), so it's 4 physical cores and 8 threads(sometimes referred to as virtual cores)

It is enough but it won't be better than most air coolers so if you want to OC more get something better, if you want watercooler for the looks this one is good enough.

(also 4790K has 4 cores with hyperthreading ;) )

Cheap AIOs aren't that good. Go with air cooling.

Should I replace it for an h100i or an Noctua NH-U12P SE? which one is better?

PD: I know my cpu has 4 cores, I just like to tell I have 8 cuz I sound cooler.

what's better? cabbage or a ferrari? two entirely different things.

it just makes you sound like you don't know what you're talking about, in all honesty

If you have room for a big air cooler, they're cheaper and have less points of failure, if you don't have room, get a liquid cooler with a 240mm radiator, corsair h100i or other similar from known brands.

And which cooler should I get? the h100i is good enough?
