Disconnected From Black Op's 2 servers

been looking everywhere for a fix for either slow map loading times and such my game runs at around 30 to max 60 fps depending on the map on custom games but then online i get until waiting for other players , awaiting textures then i get the treyarch symbol and then disconnected from black ops 2 servers. i've trying the voice chat fix that doesn't work on my graphics settings i set everything to performance ive done verifying the integrity of my game on steam i've lowered my game very low base minimum if anything and it still wont load no one is currently on my wifi right now yet it doesnt work i'm going to try wired connection to see if that works tomorrow but i'd rather play over wifi since i'm very close to it anyways not even 10ft away is there port forwarding i have to do anything ? i'd appreciate any non-smartass solutions. thank you
