Zee... Zed...

Aniallation

I know that certain countries say Z in either zee or zed depending on where you are, but with brands I feel that it sounds better some ways then others.

I say N-Zed-X-T for the computer parts, but three-fifty-zee for the car. I don't mind N-Zee-X-T but 350-zed sounds awkward to me, and obviously I don't call the rapper Jay-Zed. Apparently us Canadians are supposed to say zebbra, but pretty much all of us say zeebra.

There's probably some other words too that I just can't remember at the moment O.o

Zed for everything but z-eebra and brand names for me. You're right. Some stuff sounds weird but that's because of how you first heard it or pronounced it. I think N-Zed-XT sounds weird 'cause Linus says it with a Zee.

Are you saying the god-almighty USA sets the standards for English pronunciation?

Oh right, there's also the Japanese Toyota two-jay-zed, which annoys the hell out of me as much as Dragon Ball Zed and standalone Jay-Zed would -.-

in my head it rolls of my tongue better when I pronounce dragonball zed with 7 syllables (the japanese way) as opposed to the 4 syllable dragonball zee

I know Brits for a fact say it Zed, since i hear Jeremy Clarkson say Zed a lot. But in Merica, i use zee.

I say zee

If you say the alphabet then it rhymes with D,G,T,V in the alphabet, so it sounds better imo so I say it like that

SHAMEFUL DISPRAY
