Folding @ Home - Fold while working and idle

I have joined the LTT Folding @ Home team. I have no problem with the software running at full power while I am idle, but I would also like it to run at low load when i am using the PC (I will manually pause it if I really need to). There doesn't seem to be any way to set up the software to run at different loads based on machine state. Does anyone know how this can be done?

You can set the maximum processor load in the Configure area.

You could not have it run while your working. Just click "run only when idle"

No, I want it to run at high power when idle and light power when I am using the machine.

Then set the slider at Light. Also, set a screen saver, with a timeout of like 5 minutes. Set it to be a blank screen. When "idle" the computer CPU and GPU will Fold at full power. When you use your PC, the GPU will pause and CPU will fold on a light setting.
