I can benchmark my overclocked GTX 680m. I have 3Dmark scores in my signature. They aren't valid because it was brand new beta drivers. Running Windows 8.1 with 326.01 drivers currently.

edit-- This thread will have the normal standard 3DMark11 instead of the newer three for the second, if you would like to run normal 3DMark 11 then go for it!

The Resolution in this is 2560x1600.

Do you want to specify a resolution. If so 1920x1080 would probably be better as more people have 1080p screens than 1600p

You do not need to specify a resolution, as the "Basic Performance" benchmark is only run at 1280 x 720 so there is no need to specify it. It is a fair test to everyone who runs the benchmark.

  • Tessellation = Normal
  • Anti-Aliasing = Off

To use these settings it has to be on custom.

Basic Runs Dx9, Medium Quality, Tessellation disabled, AA 2x. So you've not defined to use the Basic preset.

Benchmark 2:

heaven

Benchmark 3: http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/6873880

Clock: 880MHz, Memory: 1375MHz (stock/stock)

My second card doesn't really overclock :/

and my 1090t died the other day, so I might actually be considering a FX-8350.

Edit: Not sure whats going on with 3D mark. According to the Details at the bottom my 6970 has 3GB of memory. However in the "Graphics Card (SECONDARY)" Part it says that its 2 GB. Go figure

Ya I tried the compatibility settings with no luck. Seems ever since I installed 3dmark from steam and ran it once I haven't been able to load another version.

I don't use afterburner, but closing Precision X made no difference, although I was able to finish with Precision up on defaults this time around.

Ok... It crashes with anything above default GPU clock (1137 MHz), but let me OC the memory by 500 to 3506 MHz. I guess each Nvidia driver that comes out changes my overclock ability (on Heaven 4.0)...

Can I please know your final GPU Clock speeds and if your CPU is overclocked :)
