You have to remember GTA V is optimized for Nvidia, specifically the GTX 980.

GTA V is nVidia title. of course nVidia card is more optimized than AMD card. that's why 760 is beating 280x, try with AMD games, like Bioshock Infinte IIRC, the 280x will rapes the 760, Definitely.
