Front radiator for gpu - cpu cooler starving

Hello,

i've recently mounted a dual radiator on the front of my case for my gpu the with kraken g10 bracket.
My cpu cooler now is a little on the starving side in terms of air coming from the front, which is offcourse the intake.

The radiator now as 2 fans in push.
Do you think that going push-pull on the radiator will provide more fresh air for the cpu?

you'd prolly been better off using just a single fan radiator (120mm) for GPU

cooling. would have allowed non-heated air to get into the case with the other

fan.

i have a 280 rad already. my question is: with push-pull my cpu will get more air or is the same?

the problem is not fresh vs warm, is that there isn't very much airflow

can't you fit a 120mm fan in the 5.25 bays, or are they occupied?

If the case has at least three available 5.25" drive bays, it's possible with the right kind of mount. Mountain Mods actually sells a bracket for doing this.

You can mount an 80mm fan in that setup, or two 60mm fans, to add some additional airflow to the case. I use a 120mm fan in my 750D, but in a 2U server case I have an 80mm fan mounted into the 5.25" drive bays for additional airflow. I used an HDD mounting system by Evercool to provide the fan mount, so something similar to that should work for you.

Are you using an AIO on the CPU as well?

No, i'm using a NH-D14.

Unfortunaly my optical bay is covered, i have a define r4.

Are you sure that adding 2 more fans to the rad won't help my cpu getting more air

And you should be able to remove the bay covers from the drive bays. Can you can add a 120mm or 140mm fan to the bottom?
